Superbills & Out-of-Network Coverage
If your health insurance plan offers Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.
Check Your Benefits: Contact your insurance provider and ask about out-of-network reimbursement for CPT codes like 90837 (extended psychotherapy) or custom intensive billing.
Receive a Superbill: Upon request, I can provide a monthly itemized statement (Superbill) for you to submit directly to your insurer.
Use HSA/FSA: You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card to cover all private pay services.

What is your cancellation policy?
Because intensive sessions require reserving large blocks of clinical time, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
Rescheduling options are available with at least 14 days' advance notice.
How do payments work?
A non-refundable deposit is due upon scheduling to lock in your dates. The remaining balance is automatically billed 48 hours before your intensive begins. Major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted via a secure client portal from trusted Janeapp.

Insurance companies restrict sessions to standard 50-minute blocks and require a formal mental health diagnosis on your medical record. Remaining private pay protects your full privacy and allows us to offer long-form, customized intensives without third-party limitations. Superbills are available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
